For our Certification Team in Salem, NH we are recruiting:
Administrative Assistant - Medical Device International, Americas
Reports to – Chief Operating Officer, Medical Device International, Americas

Location: 215 Main St, Salem NH 03079, USA
(Training will be on-site, and upon completion of the training followed by Hybrid Work)
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in day-to-day activities.
- Liaise with all Divisions and coordinating support.
- Liaise with TUV USA clients and auditors to organize certification activities.
- Answer the phone and manage schedules.
- Train on project management activities.
- Maintain monthly timesheet.
- Set up meetings as required or requested by management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral form and be able to converse with clients, consultants, assessors, staff, and general public on all matters. A good telephone manner is essential.
- Applicant must be confident, have good organizational skills and be self-motivated while being part of a team.
- Attention to detail in written form is essential and thus accurate typing is required.
- Applicant must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliability and a willingness to help where needed.
- Strong work ethic and dependability
Job Type: Administrative
Pay: $40K - $45K per year
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities (none) (no bonus, pay scale may change after achieving Project Manager status)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (only for Administrative Assistant)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field (preferred, if one wants to become a PM in the future)
Relative Experience:
- Familiarity with Quality Certification Business (preferred)
- Some experience in a medical setting a plus
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 (preferred)
- Customer Service - Required
